CBS News - Puerto Rico's governor said food, water and medicine were just sitting at the port waiting to be delivered. So CBS News' David Begnaud went looking for the supplies, and found 3,000 shipping containers sitting there with enough supplies to help half a million Puerto Ricans. No truck drivers have come to pick them up.
